Thermal analysis and shrinkage characterization of the photopolymers for DLP additive manufacturing processes

چکیده
This paper proposes an experimental investigation of a commercial photopolymer resin followed by material modelling and manufacturing system characterization. We focus on the effect degree cure temperature properties materials. UV curing liquid are assessed with thickness measurement optical tomography. Besides, specific heat capacity is determined for almost completely cured uncured samples DSC measurements. Photo-DSC experiments performed to investigate reaction evolution depending light intensity temperature. In addition, chemical shrinkage behaviour captured as function high-precision balance set-up. As result our studies, model equations proposed describe behaviour.
